Konuralp News Center began as something I built for myself.

I wanted a better way to keep up with what actually matters in technology, AI, and science — without drowning in the daily flood. So I built a system to do it for me. At some point I thought: if I'm building this anyway, why not open it up to the world? And here we are.

Here's how it works. The system continuously scans a wide range of English-language sources, scores each story by importance, and clusters related coverage so the same event isn't repeated five times over. Only the stories that genuinely stand out make it through. Most of what you read is selected and summarized automatically by an AI-assisted pipeline I designed; the most significant developments occasionally get a longer, original analysis.

The philosophy is simple: signal over noise. Less volume, more of what's worth your time. It's automated, so it won't be flawless — but the aim is always substance over hype.
