Adobe Partners with Saudi Arabia to Deliver Over $4 Billion in Free AI Creative Tools to Citizens and Residents

Adobe has announced an expanded partnership with Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) and the national AI company HUMAIN, providing over $4 billion in free access to AI-powered creative tools for citizens and residents of the kingdom.

The initiative aims to make Adobe's suite of creative software—including tools for graphic design, video editing, photography, and digital content creation—accessible to millions of people across Saudi Arabia. The partnership leverages Adobe's artificial intelligence capabilities to support creative expression and digital literacy within the region.

HUMAIN, Saudi Arabia's recently established AI company, serves as a key partner in deploying these tools at scale. The collaboration aligns with Saudi Arabia's broader Vision 2030 goals, which emphasize technology adoption, digital economy development, and workforce readiness in emerging technology sectors.

The free access program is designed to reach a wide population, enabling individuals to develop creative skills and participate in the digital economy using industry-standard tools powered by AI features such as generative fill, automated editing, and intelligent asset creation.
