CrowdStrike to Acquire Fiddler AI and Dreadnode for Nearly $500 Million
CrowdStrike has announced plans to acquire two AI security startups for a combined value of nearly $500 million: Fiddler AI, which develops observability software for AI agents, and Dreadnode, which helps companies automate AI security testing.
The acquisitions focus on a growing need to monitor and test AI agents as companies deploy them in operational workflows. Fiddler’s tools are intended to provide visibility into agent behavior, while Dreadnode’s platform automates security testing for AI systems.
Together, the deals would add AI-agent observability and testing capabilities to CrowdStrike’s broader security portfolio.
