Elon Musk has amplified posts from Restore Britain, a hard-right populist political party in the UK, following a knife attack in Belfast, Northern Ireland on Monday. Musk reposted statements from party leader Rupert Lowe calling for large-scale migrant deportation, including language Lowe used to describe certain groups.
Musk added "This is the way" to Lowe's posts, which included calls to "prosecute officials and politicians who knowingly placed dangerous third world savages in our communities." The posts come as Musk is reportedly on the verge of becoming the world's first trillionaire, with SpaceX approaching an initial public offering.
The riots in Belfast have been connected to anti-immigration tensions in the region. Restore Britain advocates for significant changes to UK immigration policy, including the forced removal of what Lowe described as "a vast number of people" from the country.
