Palo Alto Networks is reportedly in talks to acquire AI agent security startup Clutch for $500 million, according to TechCrunch.
Clutch is backed by Lightspeed and SignalFire and was last valued at $85 million. The reported acquisition price would represent a substantial increase from that valuation. The talks do not indicate that a deal has been finalized.
