Study Links Nearly Half of Dementia Cases to Modifiable Risk Factors
A comprehensive long-term brain study has revealed that nearly half of all dementia cases may be linked to modifiable risk factors. Researchers identified several common health conditions and behaviors that appear to drive damage associated with vascular dementia, the second most common form of dementia after Alzheimer's disease.
